🎖️ Who Is Eligible?

WMATA’s Reduced Fare Program is available to:

  • Disabled Veterans with a 60% or greater disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

  • Veterans rated at 100% can present a DD Form 2465 Uniformed Services ID card instead of a VA award letter

Veterans do not need to complete Part B or Part C of the application, which are typically required for other applicants 1.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Closed weekends and federal holidays
