What Are Military Funeral Honors?
Military Funeral Honors are a final salute to those who served. Every eligible veteran receives, at minimum, a two-person detail that folds and presents the American flag and plays Taps. For those who die on active duty, a full honors detail is provided, including pallbearers and a firing team.
